We want you to love your Aventa G100 — and we stand behind our product with a risk-free experience.

We provide a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware malfunctions under normal use.

This warranty applies only to problems caused by the device itself, such as faults in internal components, electronics, or system functionality.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, water, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Broken frames, scratched lenses, or cosmetic damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion.

30-Day Return Guarantee
Not satisfied? No problem.
You can return your Aventa G100 within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

Item must be in original condition (gently used is okay)

All accessories and packaging must be included

Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

Note: Custom orders such as prescription lenses are non refundable.

How to request a return:
Just contact our support team at support@aventaglasses.com with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

Cancelation: We can only cancel the order if we have not shipped your order yet. If you want to cancel after it has been shipped you need to first receive the order and then contact us at support@aventaglasses.com with your order number to initiate a return and refund.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery.
